Introduction
A Yoga trainer is a person, who has a general knowledge of exercise and is aware of the techniques of doing a yoga pose in a correct way. Also a person having knowledge of the side effects of doing any yoga pose along with the end fits of any particular yoga pose.
Course Highlights
For Beginners - This course will help you understand and correct the basic postures of yoga by efficiently practicing it and by constantly performing the basic yoga poses again and again. By the end of the course you’ll be having the knowledge of performing the steps of basic yoga poses along with its benefits.
For Intermediate - This course will give you a push to structurise basic yoga poses and develop a flow. In this time you’ll be able to customize the basic yoga pose and develop your body to perform more intense and complex poses.
For Vinyasa - In this course you’ll be learning stringing posture so that you move from one pose to another. This course will help you develop a more balanced body. You’ll be learning different variations of yoga poses.
For Special class - In this course you’ll be taught to perform some of the advanced postures and breathing techniques.
Requirements and Eligibility
Anyone above the age of 10 are welcomed to enroll in this course, Requirements- 1. A Yoga mat 2. A Yoga belt If having any medical issues, consult your doctor before enrolling for this course.
